There is no differences i think. It might be undetectable and to bring more tasks and to discover new vulnerabilities.

I have a PDF book titled "black hat python" if you want it. I haven't gone through it, but I think it shows malware as well as exploits

Best programming languages for malware development are those that can be compiled to native code
and also easy to learn.
Python or C# for beginners.
C++, C and Assembly for Advanced programmers.
