Real ebt suppliers don't want to supply ebts upfront cos you scammers can rip off
Real trusted cashiers don't want to send money upfront to scammers who fake they have ebt because they could get ripped off
That's why the only trusted people are the ones ( ebt suppliers) or ebt cashiers ) who agree to use old escrow services like own forums that have existed for over 7 years ..not talking about admin of group chat that's opened by someone about a year
Now with EBT , there are locked, restricted, frozen cards ...frozen is good cos on the state ebt toll free line, you hear it's stolen...but locked and restricted is tricky....with locked you can hear balance over the phone but owner has restricted it's use, with restricted you can also hear the balance over the toll free line but the state has restricted it to be unusable out of state
So any escrow should come up with straight terms
1. A cashier May deposit escrow but the ebt supplier sends him a restricted or locked card
So in that case the terms should be that the escrow deposit gets released only after successful cashout
2. The cashier May lie he has a pos or is in California (; California is out of state restricted by the way), when in reality he's just in Nigeria or Ghana and just a middleman of another middleman, so when sent California ebts, he just sends it to real cashiers in usa who may be in new York or new jersey where California ebts don't work, ...so to avoid this the cashier after escrow deposit must proof he's in the states ( I prefer real time video calls where you show me the boulevard in your city ) and also must proof that they are in that specific particular state ( I prefer real time video showing me a local channel specific to that state )
Anyone who cant do this is either a Ghanian, Nigerian middleman, a scammer or just someone who wants to try all ebts even though specific states font work outside the state
