SHOP 2 is NOT working fine.
Status 'Unchecked' for a dead card AGAIN!
The only shop that has no Issue this moment is Shop 1.

Dear elon pleas help me'This is the first time I've bought shop 3 i buy cc, I didn't know there was no refund, please help me refund my money
I've seen someone else have the same problem and I would like to thank you for helping

We can't really manually refund or override Shop#2 checker result. We took 5-6 cards and checker is giving accurate results.


Refunded. Why do you keep creating new Crdpro accounts to post your tickets here? We remember your username.

@ElonMoney Your admin has said 'NoRef' for the unchecked cc I mentioned yesterday. What is the rational behind this, have you told your admin to always decline tickets regarding Shop 3? This doesn't make sense.

Mainly shop2/3 shao1 is more stable

Dear users, we made few changes to improve your experience.

- Shop#1 checker is fixed, we've added a fallback checker incase of any failure. It may take up to a minute to check your Shop#1 card.
- "Claim your free card!" section issues resolved. Eligible users may claim free card.
- Shop#3 performance, and bug fix. It will go live in 24 hours.

elon : i bought cc there is no check button shop 2 check disabled now ? there is not showing check button , i did not show any notice in dashboard about maintenance , what i do ? how i prove you, i am so tired to use this shop , i don't know how to prove you the incident , this incident just happened now can toy check the server ? any way i a m posting screen shot

almost 3 days gone this ticket no resolution and have another ticket for balance missing both are no replay and no refund from elonshop !!!

Good news! We've refunded all Shop#3 cards that were marked as 'Unchecked'. Affected users balance has been updated.
In the future, if your Shop#3 card shows 'Unchecked' or 'Check Failed' status, simply create a ticket with the card number. Our system will check and process it automatically.
Note: Timeout cards cannot be refunded through tickets.


Dear users, we have implemented new check system for Shop#3, in case of rare event where checker fails, you will see "Check Fail" in card status. Simply, open a ticket with card number mentioned and system will automatically process your refund. This is automatic, no support team involved.
Shop#2 under maintenance and is currently turned off. We are implementing same feature for Shop#2, where in rare case if card goes unchecked status, open ticket to automatically process it.
