I have some questions for you.
1. I recently heard about non-vbv and vbv visa cards. If it's so hard to find non-vbv visa cards to buy, why don't people just go with mastercard?
2. I found a telegram group of my same european country, and the guy sells a variety of stuff (he ships a physical blank cloned card with attached the pin on it, false banknotes, paypal accounts)
Now, he sells physical cards with 750€ at the price of 150€ in BTC, and he ships the card to the address you provide him. I asked him where did he get the dumps + pin and he said he has a plug that has skimmers and he pays this plug 10k every three months.
Do you think he's legit?
