Carding 4CHECK BUG?

I did a new registration in 4check info but the checker is working for a friend and for my account every time I try to but a card there it shows me a LETAL ERROR, anyone knows what to do?

Nope, I wasn't able to fix it and my account is with 50 usd lol, sad. But the error is only in new accounts, In old accounts the checker still working.
