Amazon anything over 100-150 EUR/GBP is gambling specially for fresh accounts, and don't bother making too many purchases at once and yea they will ban the account and blacklist the address in some cases just because the CC is dead is enough to draw someone's attention and trigger address verification.

Address usually lasts less than 1 week and it varies from country to country. Also some banks don't like the lack of 3ds enforcement and lack of cvv from amazon so they can block the card and call the owner specially if you try too many shops or too quickly, you know carding is art so you need to get a feel for it in your area and your bins no one online can help with that and they can change their policies overnight and that's that.
