Anyone knows the tricks on AVS?

As we know most US sites got an AVS check when place the order, we talk abt billing=shipping over and over again, but how to bypass the AVS if the drop address differ from the billing? I mean if the site acquire shipping=billing, if I fill up both with the drop, I won’t pass the AVS I guess. But if I fill up both with the billing, the parcel would be sent to cardholder, and a number of sites do not allowed to change delivery after shipped out.

So, anyone can help with this question that confused me lately?
