Sent this guy 500$ in October last year. Send me a cc for 60% in Janaury and in November. Since then Ive had no work from him. And he is refusing to refund mr my 380$. Hes made loads of excuses like saying my list is too rare, when other hackers supply me every week. I told him i find the bins on sites always and he asked me what site so he can buy i have full screen recording of chat if you guys want to see then message me, please don’t buy of him he will steal your money and then make excuses. Hes been ghosting me now for 2 weeks after i keep asking for refund back. Also when i first put the deposit down of him he said 60$ every cc. Now recently when he found a BIN he asked for 300$ , but i didnt agree with these prices before sending the deposit then surely he should refund me. Hes used to be good now hes exit scamming.

I told him that CC had increased its price, and he refused to accept the price. Then he threatened me on the forum and asked me to return the money.

And I have made concessions. I asked him to cancel the arbitration, and then I could give him some CC as compensation. He couldn't reach an agreement with me.

I posted the screenshot where he said 1c / 60$ . Gave me a bin for 60$ , then exact same bin is now 300$ when i didnt agree to these prices. If prices increase by 240$ he shouldve told me before i sent a deposit i deserve a refund. Hes saying he will give me ccs i want now, after ghosting me for 2-3 weeks and then not providing anything for 5+ months. Not fair on me. I want my refund thats it. I even said he did give good work before janaury, but he hasnt given me fuck all in 5+ months.

Hes saying he will get me ccs, but i been patiently waiting for 5 months for 1cc. Then he ignored me for 3 weeks while replying to people i know. So when i said Im going to post on crd pro, is the only reason he even replied to me. He don’t want to ruin his reputation and blames bob for everything. Crd pro admin if you reading this, just understand i been patient with him for 5 months. I agreed to send deposit at 60$ per cc as seen in screenshots above. I sent deposit in 18/10/2024. And he gave me 2 ccs in janaury 2025 and 09/11/24. Since then i been asking for work and he had nothing. Then half way through he goes prices increased? Im not paying 300$ for a cc when other hackers charge 75-100$. I told him this, and he said he will send me. Then i wait longer, and nothing.

It's not ok to change the price after agreement has already been made and funds have been sent.
So you have to send the item at the appropriate price or make a refund, please don't delay with it.

Lmao. He did not send me a cc after the prices rose and i didnt agree to prices rising either. I kept asking for a refund. And hes offered me 1cx since i listed which wasnt even on my list. I dont understand why he cant just refund me the 380$ and get this over and done with. And i said before the last cc he gave me was in janaury, so stop saying you provided me with ccs when i clearly mentioned this. Ive not recieved a cc since increased prices , hes just digging a hole now i have way more evidence then him he should get banned.

6 months no cc. Almost paid a year ago and got 2 ccs. What kind of hacker is that?
