apple confirmed my carded order said it will be processed. an hour later i got another email from apple saying “Please call your account specialist at the number below as soon as possible concerning your order.We will hold your order for one week from the date of this email. After that date, your order will be cancelled. While you may see a pending authorization on your account, we will not be able to complete the processing on your order until this issue has been resolved. If you wish to cancel your order, please visit online Order Status. You will need to login to your account with your Apple ID to locate this order.”
