Are there cardable shop in South Africa and the rest of the African countries?

Are there cardable shopping sites in Africa or African countries? Most carding centre around USA shops. EU shop etc what about South Africa online shop, morroco, Egypt, etc online shop. Are the listed not cardable?

Thanks for your response. I have actually browse through various south Africa online shops. But I am yet to card south Africa merchant shop because I lack working guide or online tutorial about south Africa online shop. I equally have no working bin and no working south Africa phone number in case it demands for OTP or it is a vbv cc. Sites.
