Bank Cashout

Came across an easy ass cashout method. I won't go into too much detail but it involves an app that issues debit cards. The app doesnt show up in the app store unless you actually know the name. I came across the app recently & am 100% positive I am the only one who knows about it. I tested it out myself with a bank I already had access too. If anyone has cashouted through tmobile money recently it is basically the same concept before it got burnt.
