Buy a zip or state cc of your drop then connect the cc zip up.
Go and create fresh mail( don’t create gmail because they track a lot)
After the mail creation, go to bestbuy.com and create acc as well with cc holder info. Then add any item to cart and proceed. Bill to cc with drop number on top. And then add your drop name as alternative pick before you proceed .
When you get thank you , confirmation is within 1 hour . Kill cc immediately you place order .

Now if you want to do shipping , use the same process for the pickup and DONT KILL CC. When your item is ready for pick up , you then choose the ship it instead option , they will send 2 confirmation mail. After the shipping update is confirmed then you can kill cc
