I don’t think you understood, I would like to request a different moderator or @CrdPro himself to review this, I’ll try and explain better the rules said no refund for invalid pin the ebts I bought where reported stolen had nothing to do with pin and in regards to the 50% refund that was when he refunded cards previously (nothing to do with this at all)
For them being invalid or reported stolen as I stated in the very beginning of this thread that he did not refund me for the cards that were reported stolen / closed so the previous refund has nothing to do with this current purchase I hope I made that clear now thanks.

P.S: I hope this is better punctuation!

It’s been 3 days.
When bigstacks mentioned the refund it was for previous cards that was reported stolen/closed accounts.
This dispute has to do with the 8 I just purchased that were closed/reported stolen. He has not issued any type of refund on this at all!
