Bro are you a sick man no one is going to tell you this info. Why would anyone give you good bins to swipe for 3-4k so you could flag the bin and that person miss out. Maybe if you rephrase the question like " anyone knows any bins that swipe for 3-4k so pay you a percentage with escrow to cashout dumps" or i would give you lr for information on 3-4k dumps.
