Bypassing 2fa Authentification for Capital One

I have become very proficient about getting Capital One Credit Cards approved but I cant get phones in the persons name in time to activate the card before the physical card is recieved since Capital One gives you the card, cvv and exp immeidatley. Is there a way to bypss the 2fa phone verification. I have over 10K in cards just sitting there and many more to apply for.
