You’re asking any answers? How about you follow forum rules! Post user profile and name. Also if you enter agreement with seller please read or ASK their refund policy! Forum is not responsible for “dead card” issue! If you sent payment and order was not received, then you make claim. If you can prove seller entered agreement knowingly trying to sell dead work, then make claim. All other insufficient claims will be closed without response!
