Carding In Store with 201 - 1 Dip

Carding In Store - So I have been testing out diff stores and methods. I found a one dip vendor and it actually works. I was able to dup my personal card and use it at the dollar store. The problem is I am having trouble getting 201's to accept the swipe.

Are there certain bins that work as opposed to others with approving the fallbacks or is it the actual stores? I did a self checkout for like $20 at a grocery store and it said fallback decline or something like that.
