Let me tell you now,
Most and I mean most cards aren't actually dead unless shared amongst many hands. Shops that allow sellers to sell their bases to other shops without warning the buyer is wrong and shouldn't be tolerated.
Stashpatrick does a good job by notifying the buyer if the seller is sharing cards to other hands. I don't know any other shop that does that which makes them unique. As a shop, I would recommend them.
There are a few other shops that I could mention that I've had success with but again, I'm skeptical their sellers could be sharing.
Your best bet is finding a private seller who vendors off telegram. They usually have rare BINs and fresh cards. I've bought 10 cards from ANTISHOP and given 4 for free for testing and pure generosity by the seller. All 14 cards were valid, all had balance and yeah, just an all round pleasant experience. The only downside is the minimum deposit of $250 USD per top up but your investment will make you tenfold.
Logs on the other hand are dead unless you spam or spread yourself. You can always buy them off Russianmarket but they are often trash and not worth your money.
The pre-order section is nice and helpful for fresh logs, however the data could already be dead by the time it's in your hands.
All in all, cards aren't usually dead unless you kill it with a checker or they've been shared with others. Trust me, checkers for refunds aren't to be used automatically, you'll just kill your cards. Logs are to be obtained by yourself and you'll pat yourself on the back for learning how to spread/spam.
