Cashing out WU

So I've been wondering how WU tranfers work on the recieving end, (i.e paying $100 to recieve $1000) coz I assume western union checks if your identifying document is valid or fake. One might advice me to use my real id but then again, wouldnt all this be traced back to me? (the reciever)... is there anyone who knows how I can go about this?
Coz it really looks and sounds simple, but I doubt it is.
