CC with cv2 but no billing info

I have a corporate cc with exp and ccv right now but do not have the billing details. ive done a couple things like small software purchases but i wanna cash out or order some goods. any ideas ?

How do you use ccs with no billing? I just bought some thinking they were something else, no clue what to use them for though
