Checks vs Dumps?

New to the biz and thirsty for some knowledge. Seems to me that buying dumps and doing instore or even online carding introduces risk of being caught in person or at delivery. If you have check sauce with account info, maybe that reduces some of the in person risk by doing ATM deposits, mobile deposits, or if feeling real sporty one could do in person check cashing? Thoughts?
