CLAIM [CLAIM] @b1ack blocking access to my account after $1000+ pre-order

They having been hyping up this update for weeks now so I deposited and pre-ordered over $1000 worth of materials. Since doing this I have no longer been able to access the website. After logging in to my account I get presented with network error:

I have spoke to a friend about this and he told me the exact same thing happened to him months ago. This prompted me to try to make a new account and lo and behold! I can magically access the website again when logging in with my fresh account. This seems like a clear scam attempt to me and must be addressed.

After hours and hours of trying to log in, 20 minutes after making this post I am able to access again...
