Hello, i was checking forum looking for some cc, and i found this seller with his thread that he is selling cc on telegram, i was not noticing nothing suspicious about him, because he has seller status on forum and a lot of time here , he told me he has 20 cc of my bins, i said ok, i want to buy and asked about policy of dead cards, he told me no refund , i said ok, im usually buying from other sellers like this too, with valid rate 80+, i sent him 200$ in usdt, for 10 cc, and he send me the cards, i checked all of them and they were all dead. I asked him politely for a refund, because its okay when 1 or 2 cards are dead, maybe 3-4 , but not all of them.
