You need to chill, it's not several days.
Ticket is opened on 19 January. You call 2 days "several"?

Sellers payout will be processed in January end, there is a huge tickets pending backlog, and as you know we process manual refunds via tickets as well, so sellers are paid once all tickets are replied, and refunds tickets are processed, and accordingly seller balance is adjusted, and updated balance is paid out.

Please wait. Do not panic in just 2 days.

And you're really stupid to keep on creating new bases and just upload 5 - 6 cards to them? 5 new bases to upload 25 cards? You are the reason shops needs to implement a manual seller panel system.
