I've been waiting too long, so I decided to create this thread.

I have been a supplier in this shop for a long time, payouts should be processed in 1/2 day at most. but it's been more than 7 days since the payouts has not been processed, and I have repeatedly asked for payouts through the seller panel, and have repeatedly contacted support on the store's website but support only replied which I didn't mean with the problem. and for pending payouts on the blockchair status it's been more than 1 month, but it resets itself so it's only visible 4 days ago, actually it's been more than 1 month the status is still pending confirmation. I have also contacted via jabber but there has been no response whatsoever, I asked to cancel pending payouts and activate RBF or provide a higher transaction fee so that transactions are processed quickly and confirmation is not delayed.

Previously, I apologize for this post, because I really need payouts so I can buy email lists and tools for spam so I can upload material databases again.

so I'm confused about the current situation, I hope for admin help for this problem.
