Posting this to save everyone's time who has the knowledge about this and to clear confusion.

This is not a tutorial on how to cashout (there is already one of those) but rather to clear confusion and give knowledge to people that don't know.
There has been a lot of misinformation these days on 201 dumps from different websites etc..
Different sources saying you can just burn the EMV chip with a phone charger and write 201 to the mag stripe and cashout, this will not work and if it does it has around 30% or under success rate, do it properly.
101 dumps (Magnetic Stripe Only) with pins are getting rare these days with the new EMV technology
If you have 101 / 1xx dumps with a pin you only need to write the mag stripe and you can cashout
201 / 2xx gets harder, to cash these out you're going to need to write BOTH the magnetic stripe and burn it to the EMV, I'm not going to explain how to do this as there is already a tutorial here.
ATMs:
On 201/2xx's if you don't write to the magstripe of the card even if the EMV has been encoded, the card will reject.
You do not need to emboss your card or get holographic printings onto it to cashout at the ATM, regular white plastic cards are fine for this (be careful of your surroundings and letting other people see the card)
Instore:
The 3 dip and swipe method will not work anymore (most retailers have patched this), this game has got harder, try and get a cashier as a contact that you can split with, will make your life very much easier
Although you can still instore with 201, but this isn't a tutorial on how to do it.
If you have a 101 + pin, just swipe the card, get plastic / bank card that doesn't have a EMV chip on it (still many around)
Lastly:
BINS, Very important finding the right bin for many reasons, region locks, hasnt been approved for international payments, etc..
But normally this wont happen with good bins, trial and error, find your bin and you'll be making a lot of money very quickly (the bin will be blocked eventually and you will need to look for another bin)
201 isn't killing the game, people are just misinformed and lack knowledge
Dumps are not dead and are still very much profitable, you just need to know your shit now more than ever.
