I am writing to report a recurring issue I’ve experienced regarding a recent CC purchase. Here is the chronology of the incident:
1. I purchased a CC and immediately decided to verify its validity.
2. Before using Vclub checker, I ran a check on Lux Check (The same checker they use too (they claim)), and the result came back as DEAD.
3. However, when verified on vclub, the result showed 00 (Live).
4. Despite the clear "DEAD" result on Lux Check, the seller refused to refund my money, claiming the item is live based on the vclub result.
This is not the first time this has happened; I have encountered this exact issue several times with no resolution.
For the record, numerous other users on this forum have already voiced complaints regarding this exact issue. However, vclub has been reluctant to address the situation and has remained completely unresponsive to these concerns. Below, I have also attached evidence of reviews from other users on this forum who have experienced the exact same problem.
I have recorded the entire process as proof that the item was defective upon purchase.
