It has around a 10k limit and you can go over the limit on the card. I have DOB SSN full card number, exp,cvv and card holder name, however I do not have CID Code on the front of the card. I have tried cashing out using VPN didnt work. I tried several sites however I did not have a valid socks 5 for the location of the card. Most free socks 5 proxy have already been blacklisted. Any Advice on cashing out on this card. Any advice or critique would be well appreciated. I am looking for a long term partner to work with that has more experience than I do. I am not a newbie however I have experience using mastercard and visa.
