Let's share how we process drops responces to get max result. That's what I noticed:
1) communicate with drop using his name
2) reply yourself and not just send a template
3) use answerphone so they can call
4) need to provide inbox to avoid my mail go to spam

2) drop must be interested and work physically and with his brain
3) more strick male phone voice and more soft female voice

2. Understanding of working process and your Job description and Employment Agreement. You need hide all risks from drop and show only benefits.
