From what I read, the gas pump dumps use skimmers that will give you the required tracks. In the US you would need the zip code of the billing address to be able to use such a dump. Most of the advertised dumps are offering only the zip code of where the dumps were skimmed. So not good to use to get gas.

Buy a card dumped near you that’s T1&2, use a people lookup service and check their name, find address and zip then go to pump
