I’ve been using this store since March 2024, spending hundreds of dollars, and two weeks ago, my account gets banned for absolutely no reason. Apparently, it’s “linked” to another user who got banned by @ElonMoney. This is TOTALY false. I’ve tried to explain myself and plead my case, but it's been completely dismissed.

The reasoning? That we have similar usernames and both bought UK Bases. Seriously... That’s the excuse? Just because my username is close to someone else’s, I’m automatically guilty? The names are common as hell where I’m from! That’s like saying "JamesKing" is the same as "JamesKing1". I mean give me a break. This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard.

I know @ElonMoney is fully aware he’s in the wrong here. When I asked him about it, he just shrugged it off with, "Why are you so mad? Just make a new account." What kind of response is that? He’s either too lazy to fix his mistake or knows damn well he can’t reinstate accounts and just wants to brush it under the rug.

This will get resolved, but only if he either reinstates my original account with the $25 I had in there or transfers that $25 into a new account. That’s the only option at this point.

And about the refunds - let’s not act like I’m refunding just for fun. Your checker has been broken half the time, and everyone knows it. Shop2 is ALWAYS in maintenance because your backend can’t handle the basics. It’s an open joke at this point. But somehow, I’m the problem for pointing it out and actually asking for what I paid for to work?

Where’s the same energy for the dozens of others filing refund tickets daily? I’m not doing anything different than them - so where are their bans? Oh, right. They didn’t get falsely flagged as someone else because their username wasn’t similar. That’s literally all you went off. Same username style = must be the same person? Are you serious? That’s your level of investigation? Might as well start banning every “John123” on your platform while you’re at it.

The truth is, you banned the wrong person, and now you’re in damage control mode instead of just owning it. You thought I was “vihaanaditya1,” jumped the gun, and now you’re too stubborn to admit you messed up. So instead, you're throwing around BS excuses, rewriting history, and acting like I’m some scammer trying to steal your lunch money.

And that “just make a new account” reply? That’s not a solution - that’s you admitting you don’t know how to fix the mess you created. You took my money, banned me on false pretenses, and now you’re trying to wash your hands of it like I’m the one being unreasonable?

Nah, not having this. Either unban my account WITH the $25 on it, or put that $25 on a new one. That’s the bare minimum.

You keep calling me a leech but the reality is I spent real money on your store, and the only reason I kept coming back is because your support USED to be decent, even if your site’s checker system is garbage. That’s the only thing that made your shop even remotely worth using. But clearly that’s gone too.

I’m not mad because you banned someone. I’m mad because you banned the WRONG PERSON and now you’re too deep in your ego to admit you messed up. You want to act like this is about multi-accounting, but you already slipped - you said you banned me because I was “cocky” on your thread. So which is it? Multi-accounting or your pride getting hurt? Be honest for once.

You call me a leech for asking for refunds when your own store delivers broken garbage half the time. You know your checker fails constantly. Everyone who uses your site knows it. Shop2 is basically on permanent life support. People open tickets daily for the same exact issues I had. But you didn’t ban THEM, did you? Just me. Because I spoke up and you didn’t like it.

Let’s not pretend this is about rules. This is about control. You banned me because I made you look stupid and now you're doing damage control like a clown, pretending this is some massive abuse case when the only abuse here is how you treat actual paying customers.

You took my money. You banned me over pure assumptions. And now you're throwing tantrums on here like that's a valid response. Either own your mistake and fix it, or just say you don’t care about being fair so everyone can see what kind of scam you’re really running.

Arbitration will not be taken up for consideration. There is no evidence of the specified account balance. Also taken into account the old relationship between the shop and the buyer, where the plaintiff continues to cooperate with the defendant despite constant statements in his thread. If you can't work well for such a long time, just stop cooperating.
