CLAIM elonmoney.bid seller payout problem!

I loaded 80 cards into the store yesterday and almost 60 of them were sold and my seller account balance was $170. I created a ticket to withdraw $120 of it. 2 hours later, I received the message you see in the screenshot and my seller balance was reduced to -2 dollars. On the main screen, it says that all cards have been returned. What is the site owner's intention?

It says on the homepage that all cards sold yesterday were refunded, but how can such nonsense be possible? The site already has a 5-minute checker. And were all cards refunded in the ticket refund? This is a known scam. I demand that the site owner help me and recover my $170 from him.

We allow refunds via tickets, you already know that. It is mentioned on home page news page. When that is done, refund count increases in your dashboard, and so is balance adjusted.

Due to low quality cards, and high refunds your commission was dropped to 50%, which I have changed back to 60%. Related to refunds, can't really help.
