Black List elonmoney.cx no answer for withdrawal

Hello, I recently contacted elonmoney to get approved as a seller on their website, everything went fine, the administrator responded to me quickly.

I sent the requested cards and got access to the seller panel, again notice how quickly I got an answer.

And when I request a withdrawal I get no answer.

My on-site balance also went from 90$ to 30$ when my cards are from spam not sniffing so they are 99% valid, don't penalize the seller if you refund cards even if they are valid.
I've seen other seller having the same problem as me on the forum.

I am also a seller in this store and have been requesting withdrawals for more than 20 days but the money has not been credited to my account yet.I don't know why my seller account balance is only $150 even though I have sold 600 cards, refunded 500 and successfully sold 100? I suspect this is a scam store.
