eu 121?

I would like to know about 121, i know eu101 work very good in eu, 201 eu have more restrictions.
what about 121? its like 101? or like 201?
some comments please,thanks

Code 121 same 101 in between CHIP non chip supported

Most dumps with 121 code are Prepaid Cards and it work like any card
