Hello friends, I'm from Brazil, does anyone know a bin to link to Visa PurchaseAlerts, to be able to verify Facebook?
I found some in Brazil that link, do the verification, the card has a balance but does not make the payment.

Any tips? If I use a card from another country other than mine, do I need to use a proxy to open the Visa website?

It's depend
First it's depend on your payment info
Like I use spain, euro, australia timezone and buy card from vclub (use b3 approved card) no need proxy if it's ask verify card then use Norway or spain vpn and before adding card make sure you used prepaid ad account
