Carding Facebook Ads / Visa Purschase Alerts / Bins

So, I'm currently having trouble adding cards to Visa Alert, I work with this here in Brazil.
It's my main source of income, but the BINS I use are all BR, and unfortunately they are becoming scarce in the market.
Can anyone give me tips or help me maintain consistency? It can be BINS USA, EU.
I currently work adding funds to accounts and advertising...

Yes, I just checked that, I was putting random ones.
Usually here in Brazil any number can be checked to see if it is eligible.
