Fargo HDP500 printer issue. Plz help!

Hi, I have a Fargohdp5000 printer, I just got it, used. The issue is, EVERY time I print a face, it comes out with weird yellow and purple lines. Also, the image prints too dark. Idk if that's relative or not.
Anybody with experience with Fargo printers / Photoshop who can help me figure this out???
