WHAT IS EMAIL FILTERING?
Email filtering is a method of email security that involves identifying and sorting emails that are deemed non-productive, spam, or malicious. Email filters will move unwanted emails into a junk or trash folder to avoid a cluttered email inbox.

In case you have access to a log (BA, Shopping logs, etc) including the "Email itself and the Email password" of the victim, First, we must login the Email of the victim (Because we will need verification and incase we are trying to change the Logins). So if we are going to work on something for example we are logging into a "Bank Account" or a "Shopping Account" for example, and we want to avoid the victim seeing the activity or transaction going on in their email.

Let's take Dominos Account for example, in case we are going to Log in the Dominos Account to shop some Pizza or we are going to login in a BA (Bank Account ), account for instance while the victim, He or She knows it's not logged in at the moment, it will become suspicious to the owner and can report that there's an unusual activity going on in their account and might change the password or close the account which will lead to destroying our job or work. So, we Filter the email on the main thing we are working on which we don't want the owner to see (for example JP Morgan chase bank, , Amazon etc. any shopping Accounts or logs.), so after filtering, everything goes into the trash or junk folder automatically and we are now free to work with the accounts above and avoid the victim from seeing any suspicious or unwanted activity going on with their account. Now, we can login our dominos account or BA. In case we need something we sharply go to the trash folder to pick any code or anything. Now, the owner will not see anything on their account as suspicious.

HOW DO I DO IT?
For illustration purposes and to understand properly, I will explain it here for you.

Now Incase a message or inbox is sent by Dominos, Lifewire or JP Morgan etc. it will be moved to trash or junk folder.

CONCLUSION :
You can now have the freedom to work on the any account without alerting the message In "Inbox" Morgan account. So, If a message is sent by Dominos or JP Morgan, instead of it appearing in inbox, it will automatically appear in trash folder. So at this moment if you need any verification or want to change a password on an account, you can simply go to the trash folder for it and the victim will not see any messages in their inbox.

the problem with this method is some sites will get bloked by email and you wont get notification , for example shein if buy gift with victems log and put shein in spam folder say goodby to the gift will never arraive

It's true. For some sites it will be complicated.
