Now before I start the Florida tutorials, there are two main things you need to know to understand this job, or else you will apply over 100 times and never get paid (this the secret people don’t share on the Florida job)
1• You will have to first apply as a TENANT using any random ssn fullz from Florida. You can’t use another state apart from Florida.
2• After applying as tenant, they will ask you to provide the name and email info for your Landlord to verify what you saying and to pay into his account, this is where the juice is, Use a real client information here and provide real bank information here so the money get paid into the account, the Email for landlord should be your own personal email so u can enter and do what expected .
So let start the tutorial, once u follow till the end ,you will understand all I was trying to say
1• First go to this website and apply as tenant.

2• Use the random Florida Fullz here, fill the information as I have done here.
3• You can create a new email with the same name on the fullz and input it here, if they ask if you are receiving benefit from public programs, choose NO
4• Any other YES or NO question here, should be answered as NO.
5• Choose the YES/NO answers based on what have done here.
6• if asked for number of people in your household , Choose 1, writing a higher number means guessing a lot of other names to put there and will be easy for them to verify and decline you.
7• With the amount you rent, write between $600 and $920, Choose YES for the next question and write the same amount u wrote in the boxes given, make sure it the same amount throughout.
8• Choose the same answers YES YES NO
9• Now this is the part you fill information for your LANDLORD, make sure the info here all checks out and is a client information who has a bank , even if he isn’t in Florida, don’t worry, someone can own a house in Florida and still be staying in New York or Washington or whatever.
Now let continue on the Landlord application
1• Now go back to the Florida site, and click on register.
2• Click on “I am a business or Landlord”.
3• Code will be sent to email for verification.
4• Now with the landlord info, put the correct client information here, he doesn’t even need to be in Florida.
5• This is where they will ask for bank account information, it works best if the name matches the client info, if it doesn’t match, u can still use it but it 50/50 chances and don’t use prepaid card, use real bank account.
6• Make sure the address checks out.
7• FILL IN THE INFORS
8• “Do you qualify as exempt from the records law”, choose “NO”
9• Here they asking for an address of where the rent apartment is located, give them any location INSIDE FLORIDA, Remember inside Florida.
10• Click on ADD PROPERTY
Now they want the address of where the rental property is, make sure it in Florida,
11• After writing the property address, Click on Save and Continue.
12• They will ask for landlord Tax Docs, you will have to calculate figures using ssn score and then upload to them.
13• You will choose one out of the documents options they will give.
14• Click on “I agree” and click on the digital signature to sign your name
15• Just make up any signature, they don’t run any verification to see the authenticity.
16• Click on Submit.
17• Done
