Need to somehow get EU (European Union) Paypal Premier (with no limits for per year incomes). It's important: acc will be used for legal for friends and family transfers inside EU, no any scams or something, and for some payments.
Why not get it myself? I'm not a EU citizen.
I might buy it at "ready" state from trusted seller (which also means acc shouldn't be stolen to make it long safe live).
Or could buy by parts (docs/ID, card etc). But I dont know what exactly should I look for? Mean I dont know what info paypal asks to verify account like:
1) what document type, address, some EU inner IDs etc?
2) Which card should be used for verification? Heard that after citizen ID approved there could be used card from any country (not exactly EU) to verify.
3) Should there be bank account attached?
4) Does paypal need attached mobile phone number?
So what you could advice? Keep in mind the goal is to get safe acc for legal transfers registered at EU and able recieve and send "friends and family" transfers for free (both on reciever's and sender's sides) AND it shoudn't have limits for incomes or limit must be not too low (interested in 2K euro per month incomes)
