"GET PROCESSING OPTIONS" failed?

I am a beginner carder. I followed the verified tutorials exactly as they say to. After i finish with JcopEnglish, ATR Tool, X2A, & ARQC Gen; i always open cardpeek to analyze/ double check my work. I cannot figure out why I keep recieving error messages saying the GET PROCESSING OPTIONS command has failed and then it continues to read the card. Once it is finished analyzing I am missing a ton of data that is usually displayed by a financial emv chip card. I HAVE TRIED FOR MONTHS TO GET ALL THAT I NEED TO CARD. NOW THAT I HAVE EVERYTHING OF COURSE I GET STUCK. PLEASE HELP ME
