gpay, apple pay, paypal considered safe carding?

would you guys consider those platforms a safe heaven for carding because they all go through 3rd party instead of direct cc for merchants?
any experience with ordering items through gpay for shipables/items to address

is it as safe as paypal carding any opinions welcome thanks

as far as i know i been on paypal no issues since vendors gotta take it up with paypal to resolve their chargebacks
just not sure about gpay , applepay for shipment products on cb, im a very experienced paypal loader/and item shipper
just want opinions on gpay/applepay
