A word of caution if you're buying dumps from sellers, if the dump is advertised as having a high balance on it, u probably won't be able to withdraw it!
Why?, bear in mind that after u have used the ATM for the first time, it's highly likely that the ATM will be blocked on the 2nd attempt, as the transaction would probably be noticed.
2nd reason, do you not think that the seller of that dump would have already taken the money out if it was possible!
Decide for yourself if that makes sense.
This is why you need many fresh dumps, and they only way to get many dumps is to skim them yourself.
