How can i full anonymous?

Hello,
I'm gonna send someone a top secret photo. I want to be anonymous when submitting. I want them not to find me. Could you help? What should I use?

1. No LOG VPN. Example: NordVPN
2. QUALITY Socks5 provider
3. USE RDP
4. Upload image to anonymous image uploader on tor browser ( just google it ), while you're on VPN, Socks5 and RDP
5. Submit link to your image in a privnote so the note self destruct
6. Send it by protonmail
