And then...the country of my residence and the country of the dropper MUST be the same?
And then...how can i pay to him the shipment? i have to pay for drop?

so if i understood..
i send "money" to the "drop" (using a cvv bought here) then he re-send me the rest through money transfer.
and in case of goods? how can i pay for goods drop?
Example..

i buy a laptop with a ccv bought here...the drop receive that. then he re-send me the good.
How can i pay for this service?
