how do i know if a card is non vbv?

hello, been tryna get some non VBV bins/ccs but i cant seem to figure out how do i find out if a card i want to buy is non VBV. would be greatly appreciated if someone were to help!

Try to use the card in shops that 100% have VBV and see if the payment is successful, then there is no VBV, if you are asked for a code, then there is VBV
