Carding how do you go about cashing out mid to high balance hard between 2k-10k?

ive been seeing alot of high balance cards on these vendors sites and ive been wondering what are the methods to cashout these cards.
i assume the card holder would notice if you wiped out half of their account with a bitcoin transfer or slowly leached money with giftcards.

Good luck getting pass the fraud security when whiping a credit card the security is so much higher (think like this credit = banks money so they gonna protect it by any means, debit is owners to less security)

no they don’t, LITERALLY only when the owner has someone to point a finger at, for example, you steal your EX card and she obviously know the last person she was with type shit police not doing shit unless it’s OBVIOUS
