How do You keep track of your shipments?

Guys, I have a question and a sort of survey: how do you manage shipments? When we have dozens of them, each from different accounts and websites, what methods do you use to handle them, especially if you have multiple addresses or parcel lockers? Do you use multiple emails? Do you have a 20 SIM adapter for one phone? Or do you stick to classic notes in a notebook? I'm curious if I'm the only one struggling with this issue. xD
