How does CC charchebacks work?

You pay with cc.. You receive item.. What happens next to the shop? How long does it take for CC owner; CC bank; Online Shop to start doing something? What do they do? When do they do? Who will be robbed at the end (owner? bank? shop? insurance?).

The more detailed the answer, the better.

Same question but for in store carding.. (If I would use friend stores to cash out..?)

Mostly the shop is responsible for processing safe transaction and verifing all the detalis. So the shop is gettin' charged at the end in 90% in cases
