How is that card load method?

Hi guys,

I am usually on the receiver side in Sepa, Visanet, 2d or 101-1 Physical POS device transfers
I legally establish a company, increase its limits, always work with the people I work with, and receive payment

I have 2 questions

1-How are cards loaded? (Rumor has it that there is a pool and it is loaded from there, but I have no information on this)

2-How do the blank cards sold on the internet work?

Cards are usually loaded either by transfer from another card or via billpay, the latter is what's most often used. It's loaded in accordance with the limit pre-set by the card issuer.

As for the second question, I haven't seen much of blank cards been sold on the darknet before. It's usually with available balance that is being and I wouldn't trust anyone claiming they have blank cards to sell when they can easily rebound it as many times as they can and top it up.

Blank cards are quite rare. But live cards are either spammed or controlled.

yes actually the thing I am most curious about is how do they top up?

With our POS devices - We can withdraw even if there is a balance but I am trying to understand how do they top up
